Private Beta
Privacy notice
This is an early private beta of Professional Memory. It is not a finished product. There is no uptime or data-durability guarantee. You can export your data and leave at any time.
What is stored
Your account email, work memories, uploaded document text, generated reports, milestones, custom labels, and AI conversation history are stored in the app database. Original uploaded files are discarded after the text is extracted. The app also records product-usage events (for example that you searched, not what you typed).
Who hosts this
- The app runs on Vercel.
- The database and sign-in are hosted by Supabase.
- Invite and password-reset emails are sent by Resend.
OpenAI
When you ask the assistant, generate a report, or attach a document to draft a memory, relevant content can be sent to OpenAI: saved memories, document text, chat history, and any job description or custom instructions you paste. That processing follows OpenAI's API terms. API data is not used to train their models and is retained for about 30 days for abuse monitoring.
Do not save anything you would not want processed by a third-party AI service.
Voice dictation
If you use dictation, your browser sends audio to the browser vendor (for example, Google in Chrome). That audio does not go through this app.
Who can see your data
Other testers cannot see your entries. That is enforced by row-level security. The project owner has database access and chooses not to read your entries.
Export and deletion
While signed in, you can download a JSON copy of your memories, documents, reports, milestones, and labels from the About menu.
To delete your account and all associated data, email the person who invited you. Deletion is honored within 7 days through the Supabase dashboard. Removing the account also removes your memories, documents, reports, and related rows.
